Ways to dynamically fine-tune an AI model with unstandardized training data using RLHF?

I am looking to fine-tune an AI model [hopefully GPT3.5 Turbo]. I have various PDFs, files, documents, excels, and an entire codebase. None of this data is standardized.

Is there a way I can upload all this data into an AI model and engage the model [through conversation] to have the AI dynamically standardize and understand the data I uploaded?

Standardizing my data will be extremely cumbersome. It would be great to just upload it all and converse with the AI to help fine-tune it through human-reinforced feedback.
