Who to Use the 2 FTP GIs on

I have 3 candidates to use the GI on: Castellanos ‘19 sig, Happ ‘22 sig, and Mathewson ‘08 Legend. Who should I use the GIs on?

For reference, only my SP5 could be replaced and I need a better outfielder than Dave Kingman ‘79. His field is too low for CF, and Seiya Suzuki ‘23 has been underperforming for me
