Who are some solid everyday players you'd like to see added to the game? Not guys who made the All-Star Team every year or HOF hopefuls, just guys you could count on to show up and contribute.
C - Dan Wilson (dude regularly gets left out of the conversation about best catchers of the 90's, mostly because he was fairly average offensively, but he's one of the best defensive catchers to play the game)
1B - Hal Morris (Solid hitter throughout his career)
2B - Joey Cora ( Decent hitter and defensive player)
3B - Terry Pendleton (Decent hitter, solid glove) as a kid who was a White Sox fan growing up I'd take Robin Ventura as well.
SS - Ozzie Guillen (from the era before shortstops were expected to be able to hit, but a really solid defender)
RF - Paul O'Neil (I know he was a five time All Star but I feel like if you didn't follow the Reds or Yankees he was easy to forget)
CF - Otis Nixon (I'm still curious how much cocaine stopped him from putting a stronger career together)
LF - Pete Incaviglia (never one of the best, but the dude was a monster size wise)
SP - John Smiley (my absolute favorite pitcher a kid, for no real reason)
RP - Scott Radinsky (dependable arm and he fronted a pop/punk band I like)
