Anyone have issues getting drafted by the same team over and over again in RTTS?

Sorry if this is posted somewhere and I missed it, but I just bought the game a few days ago and started a RTTS save with a pitcher and a third baseman. The problem is, I keep getting drafted by the Tigers even if I go back to college for a year they end up being the first pick in whatever round I get selected.
