RTTS: I'm sick of getting my position changed

Every single RTTS file I start I end up getting my position switched. Start a second baseman? Switched to left field. Start a first baseman? Switched to third. I just made a starting pitcher and the coach brought me in to say they want to make me a long reliever. Meanwhile I'm dominating as a starter (4-0 with a sub 2 ERA). I declined and he benched me. When this feature was announced I thought oh that's interesting but I never thought it would be every single time I play the mode. Sorry about the rant but does this happen to anyone else?
