How many franchise/Rtts games do you play?

I tend to have ocd and want to play every game when playing RTTS and franchises. But I quickly burn myself out and want something new by the end of the first season. So my question is, how many games do you play? I've been thinking about going every sixth game. Just looking for some advice before I dive into franchise.
