RTTS question about being taken out of the game as a SP.

I'm a starting pitcher in AAA now in RTTS. I've noticed that in AA and AAA I always get taken out a specific times.

If I don't allow a run, no matter how many hits and walks I have, and even if my pitch count is high (within reason of course) I will be able to pitch all 9 innings.
If I allow a run in the first 6 innings, I'll get taken out after the 6th inning.
If I give up a run any inning after the 6th, I'll be taken out at the end of that inning.

Two questions. Have you had the same experience? And will being taken out be more organic and less predictable once I get called up to the majors?
