Give Pitchers a Quirk Pitch

If a pitcher will randomly throw and ephus or some other non-standard pitch 10-15 times a season they should have a quirk pitch that pops up randomly every 5-10 appearances for one plate appearance.
The main downside to this, mastering that quirk pitch in pinpoint would be a challenge. But, I think it would reflect some pitchers having one off pitches they use a few times a season.
