How do you not get frustrated getting shelled when you first start out online?

I am trying to play ranked just to try and learn and o get shelled so much with pitchers and pitches not going where I want them how do I stay positive

I rage quit until I get better. For example I got hit two games in a row back to back to back HR. So no I’m not finishing that game. But once I get better I’ll throw my hat back in the ring. However there’s plenty offline content and I don’t have to play online so meh
