Countryman Fog light bulbs

Anyone else have an absolute hell of a time getting the fog light connector off to get the bulb to twist out? Worst car bulb I’ve had to change yet.
Anyone know what the little bulb above the fog light is? The parking light? I can’t seem to figure out what bulb number it is. My manual doesn’t state the bulb “style” like it does for headlights and the fog lights. Looking to replace a burned out one and will just replace both sides with LED if they make them.
