Today Egyptian officials have revealed the downing of a passenger jet over Sinai, and the death of 224 people, was the result of an explosive device most likely hidden in hand luggage. Militants backed by ISIS have claimed responsibility, The Kremlin is due to make a statement shortly.

With the loss of more Russian lives to Muslim extremists, the Ministry of Defense is pleased to announce that it will work with Egyptian Armed Forces to drive back and eradicate militant groups such as ISIS. The Egyptian Military will be given:

In exchange, The Egyptian Government will lease a naval base in the Indian sea to the Russian Navy for a period of 10 years.
