I will be remaining chair

I know everyone wants to start working on the Green Energy Bill, however we have somethings to do before we start on that.

1. Full Procedural document. I think it would be good for the entire committee if we had a document to dictate our proceedings

2. Re-branding. The whole nuclear thing is a little too specific, perhaps the Energy Committee? I haven't decided if we should move subreddits, however it is a possibility

3. More advertising. We currently have no Labour representation. Wee need more members

4. A motion that would have the House recongise us as a legitimate committee. I think this is important because you would give us some more weight

After all of these things are accomplished, I will gauge and see if we are to begin work on the Green Energy Bill
