Submission
Any member may submit legislation for scrutinisation by the committee. But in order to do so they must do the following:
Have Submitted and overseen a first reading in the house
Submit the bill for viewing, either in google docs or in reddit format
However the current chair decides if the Committee will spend time scrutinising the legislation, and may delete the viewing post
Amendments
Any member may also submit amendments to the current piece of legislation so long as they follow this format and title the post [Legislation Name][Amendment Range] Example (National Nuclear Bill A001-A003)
Voting
Members shall vote on the amendment proposal page, and after one week voting shall be closed. Not Voting counts as an abstention, and the results shall be posted by the chair when voting ends. Members may also retract their vote, if they believe in a better amendment.
Chair Election
Any member of the committee may call a vote for a new chair; when an election is called, the current chair must setup a voting thread and if they are defeated, they must relinquish mod powers to the new chair.
