Post Body

Continuing his tour of Scotland, in the aims of supporting his fellow members of the SNP, /u/NicolasBroaddus stop by Inverness, arranging a small rally alongside /u/ChainChompsky1 on the Ness Islands, a small wooded park on the River Ness in the centre of the city. The mood is decidedly relaxed, with attendants enjoying drinks or smokes as they sit on benches and hastily assembled fold out chairs waiting to hear what is to be said. After a beer of his own, /u/NicolasBroaddus climbs atop a picnic table and gathers the attention of everyone present.

"I know this is on short notice, so I humbly appreciate so many of you making it, some free beer is the least we can offer in return. I have found myself zig-zagging the isles the past few days, but I am doing everything I can to make sure I spend the majority of my time campaigning here in Scotland. Because Scotland deserves a better government than she currently has, a government of Labour obstructionists who would rather collapse a government than collaborate with a popular and radical agenda! I know that I have a duty to make my way anywhere in Scotland I can to tell my side of the story, the one that has facts and records to back it up."

"I mean for this race in the Highlands, the Yeti is a more honest candidate than Labour's! /u/ChainChompsky1, on the other hand, has a long history of successful and radical governing. I think the choice is clear, do you want Solidarity, the only serious party of government in Scotland, the only party that will do everything necessary to save Scotland and the nature of it we treasure so dearly; or do you want Labour, the party that stalls every policy they can manage, that would see us be halfway towards doing something useful rather than confronting the true timeline of climate change? I'll leave the decision to you all, but I know where my conscience lies."

The two Solidarity candidates linger for a few hours afterwards, sharing drinks and answering questions of local constituents in the park, before finally heading off to their home and hotel room when darkness falls.
