You better not listen to that hogwash! The negative income tax means welfare is the same for every Tom, Dick and Harry on these Islands. The only way it could be different is if you listen to those who want it see it devolved!

Make it higher and we would get workshy English flood our fair country! And the only way it could be lower than the rate in the rest of the UK is if you devolved it!
