The Libertarian candidate for Surrey - cthulhuiscool2 - invited staff, party members, volunteers and the local press to the launch of another re-election campaign. Having announced his candidacy on social media, cuth spoke of the importance of this general election.

“The difference between my candidacy and that of my opponents have never been more extreme. A weak and diminished Labour Party that seems unable or uninterested to lead Britain forward and an extreme Solidarity Party that threatens our very way of life.”

“In promising to increase the rate of Income Tax, abolish the personal allowance and raid the savings of millions through abolishing ISA tax relief - Solidarity has proven it is not for the working and middle classes. And to fund their policy of the far left - they are taking from the poor. Those earning an income of less than £10,000 can expect to pay up to £1,500 in Income Tax alone. This is evil. And what is more, the extreme tax that would be levied against the richest may sound progressive but would no doubt cause capital flight and a sharp fall in tax revenue over the short term. Solidarity is waging a war against productivity. Their economic policy must be the longest suiside note in history - a series of naive and dangerous proposals that must be condemned to the rubbish heap of history as reminiscent of soviet planning and that of failed states. They must never, ever, be given control over the levers of power and by voting for my party we can ensure that is the case. We will never work with Solidarity in government - can the same be said for my Labour counterpart?”
