Only two weeks since model-willem spoke at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, he stepped up the stage again.

“Good afternoon Glasgow, welcome again at the Royal Concert Hall in such a short time, only two weeks after I addressed you all here before. It’s so great to see the thousands of people that came out here today.

I want to start this campaign on a high note, I’m very happy that we are here today, we’re third in the polls right now and we can only go up from here, we have grown so much since the last election and that’s something we can be rightly proud of. But that doesn’t mean that we are there just yet.

Something that touches us all is healthcare, we have seen two parties in charge who introduced prescription charges to our NHS, thus defying the very core that it should be free and accessible for everybody. The NHS was supposed to be there for everybody, regardless of their wealth. We will fight to keep it that way and to protect the NHS no matter what.

To protect the NHS, but more importantly the people of Scotland, we want to increase the spending on alcohol and drug treatment centres, which is especially needed here in Glasgow. By increasing the funding for these facilities we give a lot of people a brighter future here in Scotland. We invest in these facilities so in the long run our healthcare spending will be lower, since these people need less healthcare.

We also want to reduce suicide rates and we will be bringing forward a Suicide Prevention Action Plan, which will be presented by the Government in cooperation with several institutions focused on suicide prevention. This all to try and create a better society and a healthier society in Scotland. We have to do this together.
