Post Body

"Hello, hello everyone!

My name is model-amn, the leader of the Women's Equality Party. I'm running for Parliament because I believe it is time for a feminist voice in the House of Commons, standing up for equal rights and equal opportunities and for the rights of women. I believe it is high time we have a dedicated political force standing up for the rights of UK women, and I hope that this is the start of something special.

Everyone benefits from a more equal and just society. When women succeed, we all succeed. Our economy is propelled, our workforce is expanded, and we have a happier society. I know that it sounds idealistic, but I believe we should put an end to gender discrimination in the United Kingdom. Our manifesto might be brief, at least compared to other parties, but it details our commitment to achieving gender parity and equality for women.

Because women are not truly free. We are paid less, we are abused, we are treated as lesser. The Women's Equality Party will fight for equality, working to achieve a just society through the implementation of our policies. That is why we are asking for your regional vote this election. Britain needs a political party led by women, working for women, to achieve better outcomes for women, focused on equality.

The cynics and the pundits might label us a 'single-issue party'. Ignoring that our manifesto addresses multiple topics, ending discrimination against women and achieving gender equality? Well, I'd say that's a pretty damn important issue. We hope to work across the partisan divide to achieve better outcomes for women.

Because women's equality is not a left-wing issue. It's not a right-wing issue. It should transcend political divides. And it's why we set up this party, to ensure that there is a voice in the House of Commons fighting for women's rights, fighting for equal opportunities, equal pay, and an equal society.

In summary, I'd like to conclude with this. The Women's Equality Party needs your vote. But not as much as you need the Women's Equality Party."
