Maroiogog gets to Strabane and does the most generic bog standard speech in the history of campaigning.

'Hello everyone, I am Maroiogog, the Shadow Secretary for Northern ireland and former Secretary for Northern Ireland. I am here today performing this extremely generic speech to show my support for HKNorman his campaign to get elected to the Stormont. As any Labour figure he is standing on a manifesto full of progressive radical left wing policies, which I am sure would benefit Northern Ireland greatly if they introduced.

I would like to start by addressing the many rumors that have been going round in the press recently regarding our position on the union. we strongly believe that sectarianism is not the best path forward for our country, and that we should instead focus on what the people really need, which is a good quality of life and good governance. We want Northern Ireland to move forward, not towards the UK or Ireland. That is not to say we don't believe we should be in good terms with both of those entities, we absolutely should and I have personally very fruitfully worked with both of them on projects that will improve services in this area.

But why vote for labour? Our party is deeply committed to ensuring that we become a more equal society, where the state always has your back and everyone can enjoy the rewards of a well paid job without suffering due to their working hours or discrimination. We want everyone to be able to contribute to our society and to get something out of it, because at the end of the day we are all in this together. This means that we want to the state to have control over basic services such as public transport, so that it may use them to benefit the citizens, not for profit.

We have produced many bills in westminster this term in order to improve worker's rights and are very enthusiastic to continue this work here in the Stormont. Secure and well paid employment is the only kind that will make sure workers don't need to access food banks to subsidize their incomes and can live a happy and fullfilling life. We have also been presenting bold action towards placating climate change, which we view as being the greatest threat to our way of life.
