The letters contained the following message:
Good evening everyone, I'd like to take a moment to thank you for the support given so far in this election campaign and to brief you on the events of tomorrow.
Day 4 of the election campaign will be ending soon, and over that time I've been very pleased to see the level of support for my candidacy and to discuss vital issues, from local politics up to world politics, with voters of all political creeds. I hope I've managed to convince you that a liberal future is the best future possible for West London, but we shall see on Friday.
Tomorrow will be the last campaigning, and there is still plenty to do. I feel as though wonderful progress has thus far been made, but this race was always going to be tight and it polls indicate that it still is. It is why I invite all of you to attend the events that will be held as part of my campaign, and also invite you to work with the local Liberal Democrat party to canvass support on the doorstep and in the high streets.
In the morning I will be visiting small business in Hounslow, explaining the benefits of EU membership and improved transport links. At 12:00 I'll be visiting the Museum of Water and Steam in Brentford, to discuss education and its importance in the local community. From 3 I'll be joining with local campaigners to canvass support in the doorstep, hoping to meet as many voters as I can. Finally, from 8 I'll be joining a rally and celebration in Gunnersbury Park, where I'll end the campaign at 10. Refreshments and music can be enjoyed, and I hope to thank as many voters and campaigners as I possibly can.
The last few days have been an excellent experience, if somewhat tiring. Hopefully the momentum can be kept up tomorrow and throughout polling day, but until then I'd like to thank for you reading this letter. Good evening.
