qurio crafting valstrax

hey everyone, i am hoping to qurio craft evade window and evade extender onto a single piece of the valstrax armor, but so far i am not seeing many skills appear at all. according to the point values, this should be a feasible(albeit difficult) goal, but i just wanted to make sure before i put in even more time: can this be accomplished?
thanks in advance! and please, i know how long this may take and how unlikely it may be, this is just my long term goal.
