Oh man, what a fight!! I think this is the first one I’ve come close to losing because of the time limit lol. I went in the first couple of times with a switch axe, but switched to a charge blade after losing the quest the first 2 times, and it still took me another 2-3 to beat it. This is definitely a top 5 fight for me tho, from the music, to the mechanics of the fight, to the design of the monster himself. It was such a cinematic experience, especially when you called in the dragonator!

Overall, ive very much enjoyed my time with my first monster hunter game! Im about 130 hours in, and im sure that theres more story and monsters to unlock, and I haven’t done whatever the hr 100 urgent quest is yet. Im assuming that progression through post story sunbreak will go like rise? Reaching mr milestones to unlock new features and quests? Even if not, I definitely see myself putting in another 1-200 hours EASY, considering theres so much armor I haven’t built, at least 2 monsters in base rise I haven’t beat (diablos and hr 100, but FUCK DIABLOS) , and I haven’t even touched apex rampages or event quests yet. I just wanna thank you all for being a wonderful welcoming community and for all the tips, advice, and love on my posts you guys have given! Hunt on fellow hunters!!!
