This amendment was proposed because of the following:
"My Lords,
Due to several conflicting amendments being passed as subsection 3(5) conflicts with the rest of section 3, I call upon any Peer to submit to me an amendment rectifying this issue. Divisions will be held in the amendments one at a time in the order they were received. Should the first amendment proposed be rejected, then a division will be held on the next amendment submitted and so on. All subsequent proposed amendments are automatically rejected upon the passing of an amendment."
You are still able to submit more amendments to rectify the problem, but they will only go to a division if this fails.
The Question is that amendment 4 should be added to the Bill.
As many as are of that opinion say 'Content', of the contrary 'Not Content'.
Division! Clear the bar.
