BE IT ENACTED by the Queenโs most Excellent Majesty, by and with the consent of the Lords, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
Section 1: Definitions
- The Football Reform Act 2015 refers to B114.
Section 2: Repeal
- The Football Reform Act 2015 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 3: Commencement, Short Title and Extent.
- This Act comes into force 1 January, 2019
- This Act shall be referred to as the Football Reform (Repeal) Act 2018
- This Act extends to England and Wales.
This Bill is Submitted by The Rt Hon. The Lord Saint Andrews /u/DrLancelot PC MSP as a Private Member's Bill.
