1) The North East Regional Assembly shall have jurisdiction over the North West region of England.

2) There shall be 72 Assembly Members for the North East

3) The Assembly shall meet in Newcastle

14: North West Regional Assembly

1) The North West Regional Assembly shall have jurisdiction over the North West region of England.

2) There shall be 120 Assembly Members for the North West

3) The Assembly shall meet within Greater Manchester

15: Yorkshire and Humber Regional Assembly

1) The Yorkshire and Humber Regional Assembly shall have jurisdiction over the Yorkshire and Humber region of England.

2) There shall be 90 Assembly Members in Yorkshire

3) The Assembly shall meet in York

16: East Midlands Regional Assembly

1) The East Midlands Regional Assembly shall have jurisdiction over the East Midlands region of England.

2) There shall be 81 Assembly Members for the East Midlands

3) The Assembly shall meet in Leicester

17: West Midlands Regional Assembly

1) The West Midlands Regional Assembly shall have jurisdiction over the West Midlands region of England.

2) There shall be 90 Assembly Members for the West Midlands

3) The Assembly shall meet in Birmingham

18: East of England Regional Assembly

1) The East of England Regional Assembly shall have jurisdiction over the East of England region of England.

2) There shall be 90 Assembly Members for the East of England

3) The Assembly shall meet in Bury St Edmunds

19: London Assembly

1) The London Assembly shall maintain its current area of jurisdiction

2) There shall be 140 Assembly Members in London

3) The Assembly shall continue to meet at City Hall

20: South East Regional Assembly

1) The South East Regional Assembly shall have jurisdiction over the South East region of England.

2) There shall be 140 Assembly Members for the South East

3) The Assembly shall meet in Guildford

21: South West Regional Assembly

1) The South West Regional Assembly shall have jurisdiction over the South West region of England.

2) There shall be 81 Assembly Members for the South West

3) The Assembly shall meet in Taunton

22: Regional Assembly for Cornwall

1) The Regional Assembly for Cornwall shall have jurisdiction over the county of Cornwall

2) There shall be 60 Assembly Members in Cornwall

3) The Assembly shall meet in Truro

Omit Appendices I and II, renumber Appendices III-V to I-III.

Replace III with—
