A Bill to repeal the Companies Act 2017.
Section One: Repeal
(1) The Companies Act 2017 is hereby repealed.
(2) The Provision in Section 2 are retained.
Section Two: Provisions to be retained
(1) Retain Section One: Definitions and all provisions therein
(2) Retain Section Two: Employee Representative Councils and all provisions therein
Section Three: Enactment, extent and short title
(1) This Act shall extend to the whole of the United Kingdom.
(2) This Act shall take effect immediately upon receiving royal assent.
(3) This Act may be cited as the Companies (Restoring Confidence via Repeal) Act 2017.
(3) This Act may be cited as the Companies (Repeal) Act 2017.
