First of all I would like to thank Scotland for these amazing results for the Scottish Progressives. I would like to thank all the voters who put their trust in us and I pledge that we won’t let you down. I would also like to thank our fabulous Scottish Progressive candidates for their hard work at campaigning for a progressive unionist voice in the Scottish Parliament. And I would like to thank the many people who volunteered for the Scottish Progressives this election. Without you, these amazing results wouldn’t be possible.

I would also like to state what an honour it has been to serve the people of Clackmannanshire and Dunblane as an MSP and as the deputy leader of one of Scotland's main progressive parties and how honoured I am that the people of Fife and the Forth Valley have put their trust in me to represent them at Holyrood.

I would also like to congratulate all candidates who won election to Holyrood. Regardless of what government is formed, I look forward to working with you to deliver for the Scottish people and to fulfil our campaign pledges.
