The Chief Minister of Gibraltar has delivered a letter protesting the bilateral talks between Spain and the UK in the strongest terms to the Governor's Office of the United Kingdom in Gibraltar earlier today. The letter was forwarded to the Prime Minister and the Foreign Secretary by the governor. The Office of the Chief Minister also released the letter to the public, a copy of which can be found here.
