For services to the community and political and public service, as well as his time as Acting Lord Speaker on behalf of troe2339. We, the Quad, are very happy to have him which is why we award him the Quad award, as well as the CT going along with it.

It's commendable that they still have the drive to play a very big active role. Normally the award also grants a CT, but as His Grace the Duke of Rutland is already a Knight Companion of the Order of Timanfya, they will have to do with that.
