Discord Ban Information

Hi Everyone!
Today the speakership had a discussion about Discord ban strike system because the rules were not clear enough. Rolo and I clarified everything down two a couple points:
- Strikes will last for one month, after that the person will be considered a "new ban"
- The ban period on the first strike is three days away from discord
- The ban period on second strike will be two weeks away from discord
- The ban period on a third strike will be one month away from discord
- Any ban within the strike period after the third strike will be sent to the speaker's desk for consideration
Hopefully this clears up any confusion.
