Good afternoon everyone,

Yesterday I received a document outlinging the reasons why those presenting the VoNCs to me were doing so. I also received a document of the names of the signators to these VoNCs.

As per the constitution, A6:S1:I, the VoNCs have to be submitted with a list of reasons of why they are being presented, which they are. The constitution also states that there must be 40 signators which are any mixture of MPs, MEPs, Lords, moderators of /r/MHoC and /r/MHoL and individuals approved by the Head Moderator at the time it is presented. The signators presented do not meet this requirement, with a total of 47 names being submitted, but only 36 meeting the criteria required.

For this reason, the VoNCs are rejected.
