Legislative Consent Motion

That the Parliament agrees that the relevant provisions of the Breast Milk Trading (Repeal) Act 2020, which would ordinarily fall within the legislative competence of the Scottish Parliament, shall extend to Scotland.

This motion was submitted by The Rt. Hon. Sir /u/Tommy2Boys CT KT KBE LVO MP MSP, FIrst Minister of Scotland, on behalf of the 10th Scottish Government.
