In Schedule 2, in 1(a), add the following;

(xii) Crewe,

As the gateway to the North West, and of historic importancce, Crewe should almost certainly be listed within the schedule here.

Amend the entry into force to one year after Royal Assent.

As the gbrdly amendment was blocked by the chair, this amendment allows for time to propose the amendment as a stand alone bill, and test the will of the house on open access rail instead of franchise monopolies.
