Replace Section 2 (2) with "This act shall come into force 3 months after receiving royal assent"
EN: if we don't give councils and operators time to submit application and process them we'd end up with nowhere for helicopters to go overnight, basically shutting off the entire industry until applications are processed. We need to give them time to get ready.
A02
In section 1,(2),(1),b Remove “and subsequently by the Secretary of State.”
EN: Having central government approve everywhere in the UK where helicopters can fly is a proposterous waste of resources
