National Health Service (commitment to retention) Motion

This house notes that:

(1) The National Health Service enjoys wide spread support amongst the British public

(2) Parties standing on an explicitly anti-NHS manifesto received only a small minority of the vote.

(3) Some of the British public may, rightly or wrongly believe that the current Government is not committed to the NHS.

This house urges:

(1) That both parties of Government commit to the retention and maintenance of the NHS, rather than an insurance system.

This motion was submitted by /u/Twistednuke MP on behalf of the Classical Liberals

This debate shall end on the 29th July 2019.
