The first Wales Questions of the fourteenth government is now in order.
The Secretary of State for Wales, /u/ycymrobach will be taking questions from the house.
The Shadow Secretary of State for Wales, /u/intellectualpolitics , may ask as many questions as they like.
MPs may ask 2 questions; and are allowed to ask another question in response to each answer they receive. (4 in total).
Non-MPs may ask 1 question and may ask one follow up question.
In the first instance, only the Secretary of State may respond to questions asked to them. 'Hear, hear.' and 'Rubbish!' and other short similar phrases are the only things permitted.
