Wepon preference?
Post Body

Just out of pure curiosity: what weapon type do you prefer? In this game specifically, but also in the franchise as a whole..

Me, I've always gone with the long sword. I tried the other weapons, in each game I tried, but I always fall back on the long swords. That's the only weapon type the really resonates with me.

In other games, I usualy go for ranged, but in Monster Hunter, I dont like ranged at all, for some reason.

I went with Switch Axe in Tri.. but mostly because it's the coolest weapon that is not a normal weapon..

I never quite understod that weapon really.. 🫣

I really should love the bow, since it's my prefered weapon in almost every other fantasy game.. but in MH, it just does not do it for me..

I think it can be implementd.. just have the sword charge during combat. Once the charge is full, it automaticly switches to axe mode.. or somthing like that.

It's the Defenders Chainsaws from MHW.

What dubble sided sword?

No worries.. I don't wanna be on your lawn anyway. 😝 And besides, I'm old too so.. 🤷‍♂️

And I agree, I love a good horn user in the party, but I just can't get into any of the weapons, besides my trusty Long Blades. 😅

I tried the hunting horn.. but it always felt a tad bit to goofy for my tastes. 😅
