I wonder what others experience is here.

I am relatively new (about 2 years) to the swinging lifestyle. Before I always thought it was pretty taboo and that it was very small/niche group that delved into it. However, curiosity got the best of me and I dove in head first and it is way more than I could have every imagined...in a very good way.

It is great to be part of a community of people that are what I consider forward thinking and progressive in 'openly' pursuing their sexual desires. I think I feel that its 'forward' and 'progressive' because I am from a bible belt state and there it would be considered extremely taboo.

What surprised me the most is how many people do this. The community is much bigger than I expected. And now that I am a part of it I literally walk down the street wondering who else is secretly part of this world. I spot couples and just think, 'yep, they swing', or 'I wonder if they would open to it', etc.

Long story short, I wonder if this is others experience as well. I have met with couples who I would have never imagined would be part of the community so it is always intriguing to contemplate who is and who isn't out here swinging to their hearts content.
