Yesterday I posted about us meeting a prospective guy for our first MFM and promised I’d follow-up with the details. Here goes… Long story short, not what we were hoping for. The guy was nice (too nice I think) and we got along great. He seemed to really like my husband. When he was talking, all his eye contact was directed at him. I kind of felt like a third wheel. I also didn’t really find him attractive. I didn’t think it would matter as much to me as it did, but it did and I just never felt a spark. Again, the guy was nice, fun to talk to and it was great to talk to someone openly about the lifestyle. He just didn’t click with us. Hubby texted him after we got home and told him that we liked him and enjoyed his company, but didn’t get the spark. He was nice and gracious and said he wished us well on our journey. Biggest positive takeaways: My husband is sexy. I couldn’t take my eyes off him all night. He is confident and easy-going and best of all, he read my feelings and was supportive and has my wants, desires and needs at the forefront. It locked it in for me that I want to do this and hubby feels the same. We’ve just got to find the right person. Today we’ll continue our search! Would be great to hear about everyone else’s good, bad or ugly failed attempts.
