How to manage equal opportunity dynamics

Post Body

My partner (F bi) and I (M bi) have had so much fun playing in different dynamic in swinging (FMMF) and MMF.

She would like a MFM centered on her with a straight guy, which I’m totally keen and hot for.

I am a switch and was keen to play either with my dominant or cuck tendencies but the added challenge is that she wants every party to be equally steering and creating moment without anyone taking the lead.

After much deliberate and thoughtful review of our recent experiences we realised that neither of us are really skilled at bringing the other people in the act. We had a wonderful M who was very good at thinking every action as a multiple person act, and invite people over, coordinate and organise 3 acts.

We were happy to share and conscious more bodies were involved (2 1) but to make her dream come true I need to move to a 3 people mindset with her in the middle, without becoming the “leader” or the “follower”.

Any tips on how to build up this skill?
