MFM only, FMF, or both with your partner?

Had this on my (38m) mind for a while. I'm wondering how more willing women in general are OK with a MFM but not with a FMF. While both are hot, the idea of only opening up MFM feels a lot easier to fulfill and honestly more fun overall.
