Hello you wonderful people. I need advice on how folks have navigated some logistics with find a new partner. Our regular guy is no longer an option and so were back to square one essentially.

My wife is not really into the prospect of navigating the logistics of finding a partner in a small town and where STI safety is now a consideration.

For context, with our previous partner, we all preferred no condom and because of his circumstances, we knew we didn't have to worry about an unexpected STI.

My wife is also a nurse so she works with patients coming in with STI's all the time and is obviously sufficiently cautious as a result.

We know condoms are a potential solution but part of our kink is having both guys cum inside her, plus oral with a condom doesn't sound appealing.

What advice or suggestions can we get, or practical experience from your own journey can we learn from? I really don't want to consider the prospect of losing this facet of our sex life.
