When is a good time to switch out of Merchant Republic - Lubeck
Post Body

Pretty straightforward question, it's ~1615 I've been capped on state expansion for a while now due to RT malice. Should I start moving towards a monarchy or keep everything I take, going forward, as territories and maintain my gov type?

I'm at about 750 Dev and 65-90 ducats a month; causal literacy and global trade both spawned I Lubeek. I'm probably not going to switch, and just let my estates stay strong; but I was wondering if someone else had a compelling argument to move to a monarchy or admin republic.
