What's best way to update HP bios in WINPE using MDT

Hey Everyone,
I am pretty new to MDT and setup a homelab test enviroment where I have been pretty successful testing things. next stumble I hit was updating bios, I saw many posts from different websites doing different things but can't seem to find an clear answer of how can setup MDT to update the Bios in WinPE. while checking to see if earlier version then update if latest don't update
