MDT Failure to Capture

Trying to capture an image for deployment and it keeps erroring out.
Basic stuff: W10 1803, lives on a HyperV, first got a golden image built (office/java/browsers/other basic stuff) -> deployed to my image, built the IT portion of it, captured that and deployed it to another hyper-v, now this one got all the engineering software added onto it. It errored out before and I've reinstalled Office 2016/Visio&Project 2013 twice now.
