HP Devices/Laptops not able to boot into MDT. iastorafs.sys Missing Error
Post Body

EDIT: Updating both the WinPE addon and windows 10 adk to the 2022 Version seemed to have fixed my issues. Thanks Everyone

Hi All

Looking to pick your brains about an issue im having for a customers MDT instance.

Two laptops needed to be reimaged for staff. Upon PXE Booting and choosing the boot image, the download starts.

Once the download finishes and MDT is about to load. they are met with an error message

Things I have tried:

  • Deleted all WINPE Drivers and reloaded HP/Dell WinPE Drivers

  • Searched for this exact driver, Seemed to be related to some Intel Rapid Storage Drivers, Link I downloaded these and added them to the winpe folder, recreated the boot image and replaced the image in WDS Same Error

  • Built the laptop normally and exported the drivers, Then used those drivers as the "winpe" drivers, regenerated boot image and replaced in WDSSame Error

At this point i have exausted all my options and there arent any more pages left in google for me to research

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks
