Where is the best place I can store logs as the image is processing

Hey everyone, I created a script to change my bios settings that output a log if successful or failed. how can I / where can I store this log to get access to it after the image is completed?
I tried just using folder in C: drive but I am assuming since this happens before the OS is installed it has no where to store logs therefor getting below error
