Was set solo by “friend” 10 min after dosing. Now alone.. advice?

Just starting to really come up. Got in my car and drove to a place I could safely leave my car and called a Lyft. Heading home and no one is around or available to keep me company. Haven’t taken in a long time. Any advice on what I should expect? took about .8. Atlanta GA
