ALWAYS at home and we schedule it every 3 months (very aware that there is differing opinions on that). Truthfully we are going to so many events and fun travel it seems like every three months is when we are both home haha. We also always ensure we have NOTHING to do the next day so we can just bask in the afterglow and no we have never had any blues or crash after .
