Yesterday at around 10 p.m. I took around 200 mg of tramadol, 80 drops. Can I take like 200mg mdma today at 8 p.m. without hesitation or will it potentially be dangerous?

Honestly mate I would leave it at least a week! I would imagine you will have tramadol in the system still. There is also cross tolerance so it will dull your roll.
